How can I request a product that's not listed?
Currently, we only offer products listed on the SUMAIRO platform. You can reach our support team via the provided link.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our payment terms include: Letter of Credit (LC), Post-Dated Cheques (PDC), Credit Period, PDC Advance, and Open Credit terms.
How are Inco terms determined for my orders?
We operate under standard Inco terms, including EXW, FCA (For Carrier), and FOB other than import.
